Mindful Movement & Meditation
A combination of gentle and energizing movements geared towards beginner as well as experienced students.
We'll flow through the sequence, while looking inward. Depending on the class, additional yogic practices to awaken our collective consciousness will be shared. These practices could include mantra call and response, singing, pranayama (breathwork), yoga nidra, dhyana (meditation), nada yoga (sound), and mudras.
